A) Information Required :
i Proposed Name of the Company 3 in order of
ii The applicant and the
iii The list of proposed subscribers and their
iv The names of proposed directors and their details
B) Attachments with the file if the applicant is a Company
i Certified True Copy of the BR of the applicant/promoter Company to
subscribe, invest and be a promoter for the proposed Co
ii Proposed Main Objects of the proposed Company
iii Name Significance Letter
iv No Objection Letters from the Companies having similar name in
Suffix/Prefix in the name of the proposed Company
C) Registrar to send confirmation for the availibility of name
D) File eForm No. 1 along with MoA,AoA, eForm 18, eForm 32, PoA
E) Take a hard copy prints and visit RoC personally for vetting
F) Vetted Documents are to be uploaded to MCA
G) Registrar will Comfirm the incorporation
H) Obtain Certificate of Incorporation
I) Calling of First BM after Incorporation

Ideal time required for Incorporation is 1 day if X-1 and X can be done on the same day, if proper Liaison with RoC can be done.
